“Customised Jewellery” refers to jewellery manufactured, altered, personalised, engraved, resized or otherwise prepared according to a Customer's specifications.
The Website provides information and services relating to jewellery and other products offered by PSR & Sons, including product browsing, pricing information, enquiries, ordering and purchasing facilities, where available. Customers may purchase ready-made jewellery or place orders for selected customised jewellery, subject to availability and the terms applicable to the particular product. The availability, specifications, weight, dimensions, design, price and other characteristics of products displayed on the Website may be subject to change.
PSR & Sons makes reasonable efforts to display its products as accurately as possible. However, jewellery displayed on the Website may appear slightly larger or smaller than its actual size due to photography, image enlargement, screen resolution or display settings. Certain products may be enlarged in photographs to clearly display craftsmanship, stones, detailing and design. The actual colour and appearance of gold, gemstones, diamonds and other materials may also vary slightly depending upon photography, lighting conditions, screen settings and the device being used. Accordingly, images displayed on the Website are intended to provide a reasonable visual representation of the product and may not always represent its exact physical size, colour or appearance.

An order shall ordinarily be considered confirmed after the applicable payment or agreed advance has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by PSR & Sons. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, PSR & Sons may contact the Customer to verify certain details before accepting or dispatching an order. If a bank, payment gateway, card issuer or other payment provider declines or fails to authorise a transaction, PSR & Sons may cancel or refuse to process the relevant order without liability for such payment-provider decision.
All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Certain jewellery may be manufactured or sourced only after an order is confirmed. Therefore, an item displayed on the Website may occasionally become unavailable before an order is processed. If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, PSR & Sons may, as appropriate:
Offer the Customer a comparable alternative;
Offer another available design;
Modify the order with the Customer's consent; or
Cancel the affected product/order and issue an applicable refund.
If the Customer selects an alternative product that costs more than the original product, the Customer will be required to pay the difference. If the alternative product costs less, the applicable difference will be adjusted or refunded in accordance with our refund procedures.
Jewellery prices may vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to:
Prevailing gold and precious-metal rates
Purity and weight of the metal
Diamond and gemstone value
Making charges
Design and craftsmanship
Applicable taxes
Market conditions
Other applicable charges
Gold and other precious-metal prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will generally be the price confirmed by PSR & Sons at the time the order is accepted, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are accurate, technical or typographical errors may occasionally occur. If a product is displayed with an incorrect price due to an error, PSR & Sons reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to correct the error and contact the Customer before processing the order. Prices displayed on the Website may differ from prices available at physical PSR & Sons stores due to differences in offers, inventory, operating costs or other commercial considerations.
The weight of jewellery displayed on the Website may be approximate. Because jewellery may be individually manufactured or finished, the final weight of a product may vary slightly from the weight displayed at the time of ordering. Where the final weight affects the amount payable, any adjustment will be made according to PSR & Sons' applicable pricing policy. If a Customer has paid for a greater product weight than the final delivered weight, any applicable differential amount shall be adjusted or refunded in accordance with the Company's policy and applicable law.
PSR & Sons may, where applicable, require a Customer to pay an advance or percentage of the transaction value when placing an order, particularly for customised, made-to-order or specially procured jewellery. The balance amount shall be payable according to the payment terms communicated at the time of ordering. Cancellation and refund of advance payments will be governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the particular order, especially in the case of customised or made-to-order jewellery.
PSR & Sons shall not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising solely from the refusal or decline of a transaction by a bank, card issuer, payment gateway or financial institution.
Payments may be made through payment methods made available on the Website from time to time. Payment processing may be handled by authorised third-party payment gateways, banks and financial institutions.
PSR & Sons does not control the independent processing systems of such third parties and shall not be responsible for delays or failures attributable solely to those third-party systems, subject to applicable law. Customers should never share OTPs, card PINs, banking passwords or other confidential authentication credentials with unauthorised persons.
Where a refund is approved by PSR & Sons, the refund will ordinarily be processed through the original mode of payment or another legally permissible method agreed with the Customer. For payments made by credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking or another electronic payment method, processing times may depend on the relevant bank, card issuer or payment service provider. For payments made through bank transfer or another permitted method, approved refunds may be credited to the Customer's verified bank account. Any stated refund-processing period begins after PSR & Sons has approved the refund and obtained all information reasonably required to process it.
Refunds relating to returns, cancellations, exchanges or customised products will also be subject to the applicable Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy of PSR & Sons.
PSR & Sons provides shipping to eligible locations across India, subject to serviceability, applicable shipping conditions and any restrictions relating to high-value jewellery shipments. Customers must provide complete and accurate recipient and shipping information when placing an order. For security purposes, PSR & Sons or its authorised courier/logistics provider may request identity verification from the recipient where permitted or required. Acceptable identification may include a government-issued identification document, where required by the courier, insurer or applicable law. Customers should carefully inspect the external packaging at the time of delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, the Customer should avoid accepting the package where practicable and immediately notify PSR & Sons.
Delivery timelines provided on the Website or during the ordering process are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory requirements, remote locations, force majeure events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of PSR & Sons. If a delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts because the recipient is unavailable or the information provided by the Customer is incorrect, additional re-shipping or handling charges may apply.
Customers may request a change to their shipping address before an order has been dispatched, subject to verification and operational feasibility. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address may not be capable of being changed. For high-value shipments, additional verification may be required before approving an address change.
Where gifting facilities are available, Customers may arrange for jewellery to be delivered to another recipient. The recipient may be required to provide appropriate identity verification for high-value shipments. Invoices and statutory information may accompany the shipment where required under applicable laws, tax regulations, courier requirements or insurance conditions.
Where specifically provided by PSR & Sons, eligible shipments may be insured during transit. Transit insurance will generally remain applicable until delivery has been completed and accepted in accordance with the terms of the relevant insurer and logistics provider. Customers should promptly report any suspected loss, tampering or damage in accordance with the procedures communicated by PSR & Sons.
Gold jewellery sold by PSR & Sons will carry applicable hallmarking/certification in accordance with prevailing legal requirements and the specifications stated for the relevant product. Where a diamond or gemstone is accompanied by an independent laboratory certificate, details of such certification may be provided with the product or specified at the time of purchase. Not every individual diamond or gemstone incorporated into a piece of jewellery will necessarily carry a separate laboratory certificate unless expressly stated. Customers should refer to the individual product description, invoice and certificate, where applicable, for specific certification details.
PSR & Sons may provide resizing and repair services for eligible jewellery. Whether a particular product can be resized depends on its design, construction, stones, dimensions and other technical considerations. Additional charges may apply where resizing requires additional gold, stones, components or significant workmanship. Repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and applicable charges will be communicated to the Customer before proceeding where practicable. Shipping, insurance and handling charges relating to resizing or repairs may be borne by the Customer unless otherwise expressly stated by PSR & Sons.
Certain services may not be available for international orders or specific jewellery designs.
Where PSR & Sons offers an old gold exchange facility, the value of old gold will be determined after verification of its purity, net eligible weight and other applicable factors. Deductions, melting/testing requirements and exchange rates, where applicable, will be explained according to the prevailing PSR & Sons old gold exchange policy. The final exchange value may differ from the apparent gross weight or prevailing retail gold price because of purity, stones, non-gold components and other applicable deductions.
All old gold exchange transactions shall be subject to applicable laws, KYC requirements and PSR & Sons' prevailing exchange policy.
